Aloha..

Assalamualaikum..
Thank God I got back my PC....Yabada badoo! It's been many moons since then, and I was bored without connecting with my world of colours. And thank you to my Syaf for taking the initiative sending it for repair. It's the best present for Mother's Day!
Also, taking this opportunity to wish every Mom a Happy Mother's Day. Enjoy being a Mother peeps.

A bouquet from my girl

We celebrated Mother's Day at Ole Bali.. after second thoughts. Initially Jibby's n Co was our 1st choice.. It's a new Cafe in Empire Subang.  Subhanallah! Was crowded and not willing to be in the long queue. Wah! Malaysians sekarang celebrate with food!..dah jadi custom to us all.
We ordered what we used to have. There, the food is very tasty *berasa* maybe a little pricey but your palate will be grateful...kenyang Alhamdullillah!

Sharing our proud moment..*Our daughter's graduation day*
The  graduation was held on the 27th of April. It was one of the proudest occasion I have had. My baby girl graduated with a scroll in her hand. The mixed emotions I was having...happiness and tears of joy. The baby that wasn't hard to raise. Being the only girl but not spoil. Time has past so quickIy that I sometime did not realize  that she's all grown  up. Until I noticed my shoes, my bags and what not were missing. The one that used to curled up on my bed begging to sleep with us.. Papa always gave in, melted to her whining. The one that kept me company where ever I went. The one that sometimes helped me in the kitchen and sometimes boiled my anger, when she purposely forgot that she is my assistant. I shall miss all that about you. ..as I know you are not able to be at my side 24/7 as you are now busy working...*a career woman*  But one thing I am now glad, I don't have to give in or share whatever I wish, without you bugging me and feeling guilty...you are independent and making a life of yourself...hehe..yeah!
But of course, we will support you all the way like both your siblings.. insyaallah.

Happy Birthday April Baby..

Water rationing..

Ingat lagi catuan air in Klang Valley? I had been cooking almost everyday during the water shortage. ..feeling of unsafe with the cleanliness of outside food...eee, imagine tangan si tukang masak tak basuh and sayur yang tak rendam betul. I wouldn't mind keeping extra buckets of water for cooking and washing. Itu yang stress, cooking consume lots of water. And had to spare few more buckets for the family and some for plants. Once the water runs down your pipe, lupa segala penat lelah. Kena lah bersyukur dengan nikmat yang di beri oleh Allah.
Recite Surah Al Mulk.. the last ayat .
Say, "Have you considered: if your water was to become sunken (into the earth),
then who could bring  you flowing water?"
So let us all be a good earthlings.. conserve water, making good practice in our every day life.

Earth provides enough to satisfy every man's need,
but not every man's greed
-Mahatma Gandhi-

Being Parents...

Asalam and Happy Friday..
Sigh... You never stop being parents, from the day the kids were born. They need us to be in their life until they become parents...or until we are still around to watch them. I am neither a patience Mum nor a soft spoken but one thing I know.. I am ready to give them the help they needed tho I do whine on ocassions tapi akan berkorban apa saja. Giving them the best of what a Mum can provide..and I did it my way! Which of course I thought the best way...wallahhuallam. Making mistakes along the way, and hoping to God that i have the strength and patience to pick up the pieces and mend it back..
Praise to God, Alhamdullillah, hubby can be considered a good dad, no doubt on that...patience and devoted to his kids...n me. It's his virtue to participate in what ever they are involved in.

For the last few weeks we were chaperoning our daughter for job interviews. And..I wasn't alone waiting...with hubby dearest. Fortunately the interview always take place in the vicinity of Malls..lucky me.There were few interviews, and had to be at the respective places as early as 9 am *in the heart of KL* We left home in the wee hours of the morning at 6.30 am. Braving the traffic, it's never easy for a stay home mum like me.. Alhamdullillah and reached our destinations safely...still plenty of time to spare. While shops were still closed..only cafes that were opened, so, coffee and more coffee that kept us going. Then..chasing for toilet as it was cold and bloated with coffee at that time of the day.

We kept on sending her and waiting. We even took a the train and Monorail to where she was suppose to have the training..but looking at the stopping station scared us to death..
Finally...thanks to Allah, she was offered...not her best choice but she has to start somewhere.
Happy tears for my girl. At the same time, relieved and very very grateful to God.
Each and every time the kids undergo a new phase of life, it makes me realize the meaning of motherhood and what Parents went through. Don't expect any returns..or else, you get disappointments..only God knows best. And I know for sure now..you can never stop being Parents

Quotes for my children:
“Parents can only give good advice or put them on the right paths, but the final forming of a person's character lies in their own hands.”
Anne Frank

"If I had my child to raise all over again"
I'd built self-esteem first, and the house later
I'd finger-paint more, and point the finger less
I'd would do less correcting and more connecting.
I'd take my eyes off my watch, and watch with my eyes.
I'd take more hikes and fly more kites.
I'd stop playing serious, and seriously play.
I would run through more fields and gaze at more stars.
I' do more hugging and less tugging.

We were missing someone...my eldest son. Let's do it again kids!

We were back again to Hometown last month, a few days before my daughter started her job. Paying respects to our eldest especially hub's side are not in good conditions, frail and sickly. While hubby at his Parents, I spent some time with mine. It's not that often we got to meet them, with our unfinished commitments back home. However, it's our duty to be responsible...the least we could do is to spent more time with them.

 Bonding time with Sister Teh.
Thank you for the treat.

Have a wonderful weekend with your family..
Adios..

The Blue Willow..

Asalamualaikum...
Our Cuttoo Get together was held on the 15th of January 2014 at Shidah's resident. Theme of the day was in Blue willow or in Blue and white. I had to delay posting the pictures due to the commitment to my girl, sending her for job interviews that stopped me connected with my Lap Top for a while.
And speaking of this, may Allah fulfill my du'aa and may her dream job come true for my baby..insyallah.
I had also promised few friends to post this Get together in the blog. I, too want to share the pictures ..which I personally  think you will love the setting done by our friend Shidah...creative in planning Parties. As a wedding planner, and also house decorating. I love her simple touch, her soft tone color..never too loud so far.Yet simple in her own way, but very classy...soothing to my eyes *Its always my choice...dreamy colors*
